Mission
To ignite passion and purpose in Bermuda's youth through the island's only dedicated youth rowing club. To provide a safe, inspiring space where young athletes build strength, character, and confidence — on and off the water — through consistent coaching, community spirit, and the pursuit of excellence.

To create a lasting legacy of leadership, resilience, and pride in Bermuda's youth by cultivating athletes who not only compete on the global stage, but also grow into empowered citizens who inspire their community and beyond.

"Rowing taught me that strength comes from the team, not just the individual.
I started Longtails so that every young person has a chance to experience rowing not just as a one-time activity, but as a sport they can train in, grow in, and potentially pursue at higher levels. I have helped introduce rowing to students across Bermuda, supported school outreach, and advocated for more youth opportunities both on the water and through indoor rowing.
As a young founder, I bring energy, vision, and a strong belief that rowing can open doors for Bermuda’s youth — on the water, in the classroom, and beyond."
